An issues section?

    Just wondering if we can create a section in this forum, so that users can post any issues that they may face in the day with connectivity. After the issue has been resolved, it can then be tagged accordingly.

    Just a suggestion! :)

    We do have a tech support section but it is only visible by customers for the moment.

    Hi Jonathan,

    You should have received an e-mail inviting you to these forums and asking to send back your username so that i can tag you as a customer.
