Urgent Maintenance from 0300hrs to 0400hrs on 6 Nov 2018

    We sincerely apologize for the unplanned downtime you might have experienced earlier today. The reason for this service interruption was due to a legacy equipment that was scheduled to be upgraded and replaced this December. However, due to this incident we are fast tracking the upgrade this evening and will migrate your links to our new infrastructure. Window for the migration is scheduled from 0300hrs to 0400hrs on 6 Nov 2018, hence you will experience a service downtime of 30 min during these hours.

    The original scheduled activity is part of our ongoing effort to upgrade our infrastructure which has been carried out the past few months and scheduled to complete in Q1 2019. Again, we regret and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
