My internet was down since Friday 6 pm and I called the fibernet support line and was connected to a lady called Mira. She said she will check for technican schedule before calling me back. No response I called the support desk today and same lady answered the call and same reply arranging technician schedule and technician did not respond to her. Is Viewqwest a part time business? I have called two times and still no technican is scheduled to look at my problem. Can the management please respond?
